Further details on advertising individual lots on The Lot Bank are as follows:
- There is a 24 month posting term.
- There is a 50% renewal fee for 12 additional months.
- Pricing is subject to change.
- Payments are billed to subscriber’s credit card/PayPal.
- A maximum of 9 photos will be shown; additional photos can be loaded in the document section.
- Virtual tours of lot, community, or subdivision can be posted.
- Unlimited PDF documents can be posted. There is an extra set-up fee for the posting of agent or contact photos.

- Payments are billed to subscriber’s credit card/PayPal.
- A maximum of 9 photos will be shown; additional photos can be loaded in the document section.
- Virtual tours of lot, community, or subdivision can be posted.
- Unlimited PDF documents can be posted. Bank or Builder templates with contact information and photo setup are included.
- Subscribers who post more than 5 communities can post individual lots for a 20%-off discount of the individual lot pricing matrix.
