-          Volume Lot (Y/N)

o       Whether or not the lot has to be purchased with another. For instance to buy several lots in a package at a higher price.

-          Subdivision

o       Subdivision Name

-          Lot # / # of Lots

o       If you have listed as a single lot then this means the lot number in the subdivision per the subdivision plat. If you have listed as a Volume Lot then this means the # of lots included in the package.

-          Unit

o       This refers to the phase of the subdivision (Phase A, Phase 2, “The Woods”), can be numerical or letters.

-          County

o       The county where the subdivision is located.

-          City

o       The city where the subdivision is located.

-          Zip Code

o       The Zip Code where the subdivision is located.

-          Price

o       The asking price of either the single lot or the volume lots.

-          Amenities

o       The amenities that the subdivision might have; ex: Pool, Tennis Courts, Sidewalks…etc.

-          Lot Dimensions (front) APPROX.

o       The approximated frontage of the lot, can be found on the plat.

-          Lot Dimensions (depth) APPROX.

o       The approximated depth of the lot, can be found on the plat.

-          Lot Dimensions (back) APPROX.

o       The approximated length of the back of the lot, can be found on the plat.

-          Lot Area (SQ FT)

o       The approximated lot area of the Lot in sq. ft., can be found on the plat.

-          Sewer/ Septic/ Unknown

o       Whether or not the lot has sewer or septic system or if it is not known.

-          Tap Included

o       If sewer, then is the Tap Permit paid and included.

-          Street Address

o       The address of the lot; can be found on the plat.

-          PIN Number

o       The Parcel Identification Number or the Tax Id Number

-          Coordinates (Latitude) N

o       The GPS coordinates (Latitude) of the Lot or Lots, can be found by going to the lots or searching in Google Maps, right clicking, and then click on “What’s here?”.

-          Coordinates (Longitude) W

o       The GPS coordinates (Longitude) of the Lot or Lots, can be found by going to the lots or searching in Google Maps, right clicking, and then click on “What’s here?”.

-          Basement/ Slab/ Both

o       Whether the lot is Basement/ Slab/ Both

-          Elementary School

o       The local Elementary School

-          Middle School

o       The local Middle School

-          High School

o       The local High School

-          GPS POI Distances

o       Any business, attractions, or highways that might be of interest and the approximated distances from the property.

-          Zoning Conditions     

o       The zoning conditions of they property, typically include the Front, Side and Rear setbacks of the lot and the Minimum heated SQ ft that must be built.

-          Marketing Title

o       Any Marketing title you have for the posting

-          Marketing Subtitle

o       Any Marketing Subtitle you want to advertise

-          Cue De Sac (Y/N)

o       Does the lot sit in a Cue De Sac, Yes or No?

-          Waterfront (Y/N)

o       Does the lot have water frontage, Yes or No?

-          Golf Course (Y/N)

o       Does the lot have Golf Course frontage, Yes or No?

-          2nd Home (Y/N)

o       Is the lot a Second Home Lot, Yes or No?

-          Foundation (Y/N)

o       Does the lot have a foundation already laid, Yes or No?

-          Architectural Control (Y/N)

o       Does the subdivision have any Architectural Controls, Yes or No?

-          HOA (Y/N)

o       Does the subdivision have a Home Owner's Association, Yes or No?

o       The web address to the local chamber of commerce website.

o       The web address to the local municipality’s website.
